Healthy Dill Salmon Burgers are homemade salmon patties with lemon and dill, served with my special salmon burger sauce! The sauce is made with dill, lemon, garlic, and mayo slathered on the burgers.
How to Make Dill Salmon Burgers

- Onions 1 Finely chopped
- Salmon, drained 1 Can
- Eggs 1 PC
- Bread crumbs ⅓ Cup
- Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
- Fresh dill 1 Tbsp
- Greek-style-fat-free yogurt 2 Tbsp
- Country-style Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp
- Whole wheat rolls 4 (2 ounces each)
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices

Method
- PREHEAT the oven to 350 F. Coat a small baking sheet with cooking spray, or use a nonstick baking sheet.
- MIX together the salmon, onion, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, and dill.Make 4 patties (1/2 cup of salmon mixture each) approximately 4” in diameter.
- PLACE the patties on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 to 22 minutes, until lightly browned.
- COMBINE the yogurt and mustard in a small bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly and spread in on the rolls. Serve the burgers on the rolls and top with the lettuce and tomato.
